Natalie was born in Zurich. Movement was always an important component in her life. As a child she did a lot of acrobatics and later switched to dance. She became a professional Ballet Dancer and moved 1995 to New York to further explore her dance career. Natalie was introduced to the Pilates Method in New York in the year 2000. She began the 600 Hour Comprehensive Teacher Training Program with Power Pilates in New York, one of the most renowned institutions for Pilates training in the USA. Natalie was trained by Bob Liekens and Susan Moran-Perich and completed her training in 2003. She received a diploma to teach all levels of Pilates on all available apparatus. The following two years she was a teacher at Power Pilates in New York in order to deepen her experience and knowledge. In 2005 she returned to Zurich.

Natalie co-founded Das Pilateshaus. with Michèle Jaeger in 2012.

By taking local and international workshops since her certification, Natalie continuously keeps up her training and education in the Pilates Method. In 2013 she passes the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Third Party Professional Certification Exam. Complementary to Pilates she begins in 2012 a Yoga Alliance registered 200 Hour Teacher Training in Anusara® Yoga with Jeff Fisher and completes the program successfully in 2013. In 2014 she started the education in Spiraldynamik® and certified 2016 at level Intermediate Specific.

Natalie is managing partner, director of the Teacher Training Program and member of the Swiss Pilates Association.
